change in initial application

Kindly provide your expert opinion on following questions:-

1- Can I now pay the application fee of my wife and childern and then make them accompanying as in intial application I mentioned them as non-accompanying and did not pay their fee.

2-If whole family become accompanying then would I be able to land Canada earlier and my family would land after six months when I establish some residence and job there?  Or we whole family would have to land at the same time.

3- In case of non-accompanying family, will the passports,educational documents and birth certificates of my wife and children required by visa office?
