 Hi Friends,

 I have apllied in Sept'08 and my Job was not on the Priority List.

But from this month i have joined a new Comapny where my designation is Assistant Manager-NETWORK OPERATIONS which i think comes in NOC Category0213 which is on the priority list.

Please suggest if i send a Job Category change request will the HIGH COMISSION Consider my new role and process my application as per the New Job Category with the prvious expereince.

Looking forward for youre reply.

No, because you don't have one year of experience in that. Sorry. But one year from now, you should be fine.

I am not an expert at Canadian Immigration.
Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon

Harpreet,

You will need to complete one year with the new job thereafter you can apply under new fast-track system because one year of full time & continous is the main requirement Canadian immigration is enforcing tightly.

Complete your one year and then you are eligible to apply under new system
