hai senior and all friends,
i had put my file nov 06, i have done B.sc with chemistry and having 7 years experince .when i had put my file that time i had needed score in ielts any 2 module 5,5,and any 2 module 7,7 but after one years i got married and my wife is B.ed graduates , and she have already clear ielts exam with 5.5 band score . so i was the first applicant when i had put my file now if i send request to canadian consulate  for change applicant what will be the result ? it will work out or i have to be ready to clear ielts exam because my wife qualification her age, her experience , spouse points  are qualify for 67 pass mark for skilled worker for canada , or any another way to get the PR for canada on my wife base, i know i am not in 38 occupation and i heard that this 38 new occupation are going to be change in october 09 .it right or wrong information? and last if i have to be clear the ielts exam so what is remidies to decrease the any 2 module 7,7 bend because i have trust on my skilled , that i can get 6,6,6,6,

If you want your wife to be the principal applicant, then you will need to withdraw your first application and then apply again. You will qualify if you wife,s occupation is under 38 list
