Hi,
When is the best time to notify the cic about the changes in address. I'll be back to my hometown by mid november. Anyone please?

Many thanks!
Notify them now so that their next correspondence will be to that address or so that you can receive any one in this address (if they have sent any letters) before it is being changed. You best inform them ASAP.
