Hi,

My wife logged in on CIC e-cas with her permanent residency card. In her current address, it still says her direction in Colombia. Should we call CIC to tell them the new address or they have it because she gave it to them during landing process....

No, you don't have to inform CIC, they know she is a PR.  The information will disappear from ecas after awhile.
