Chances of Getting PR visa after schedule interview at Buffalo

Dear Fellows,

Sept 2011, I received the IA with interview waive letter. Now Buffalo consulate has called me for an interview on April 2012.
I have already done Medicals and paid the RPRF.

Now my question is that, what are the chances of getting PR visa after the interview day and how long it would take for getting PR visa after the interview.

Early anticipation would be highly appreciated.

I am on close work permit with NOC 2281 System Administrator

You have enough time to order CAIPS notes before you go for the interview at least it gives you hints on what they want to ask you so that you can prepare unless they just doing random checking. Here is the form you should download and mail. It normally takes approximately 1 month to attain it.
