will they work? Going to Notary will be expensive.
Banks in Canada do certify true copies. does that work fine?

what do you mean?
anyway you need notary, certified true copies and notary is different. CIC accept notary only as far as I know.

I read the application guide properly. Nowhere does it say that all documents copies need to be certified or notarised. Only translated ones need to be certified.
I dont have ot notarise my marksheets, degrees, passport photocopies
Is that right?

marksheets / degree original with seal envelope by university is best to submit. otherwise you have to notarized. same on birth certificate and picture and address page of passport (some applicants send birthcertificate original but I sent notarized and accepted).
experience certificate good to send notarized (I sent notarized one)
IELTS , PCC's should be original only.
