Hello,
can anyone answer this question please?

this is what is requested

Required Documents for the Paris Immigration Office
Quebec Selection Certificate – Skilled Worker (Permanent)

 IMPORTANT:

– All copies of documents must be authenticated by the institution which holds the original or by the legal authority duly authorized to certify as true a copy of a document, that is, a copy of an original that can be traced.
– All copies of documents written in a language other than French or English must be accompanied by an official translation in French or English and a copy of the original document in its original language.

Do you think the copies of documents translated need to be notarized and also have an Apostille?

I am puzzled.

Thanks for you help
