go to www.hrpa.ca - then find the local chapter depending on your target province (residence)

You can get your CHRP designation by either taking courses directly through the Human Resources Professional Association, or many local colleges have their own HR Management programs that prepare you for taking your CHRP exam.

Once you have your CHRP there are annual 'points' you need to obtain to maintain your creditation.
