What exactly do they mean that all copies must be certified? So if i photo copy my passport i have to track down a judge to look at it? Thats just nuts are they serious about all this? what if i photocopy any other papers do i literally have to find a judge ect to certify dozens of papers? I cant exactly do this easily here in Taiwan. Anyone know how picky they are about this?

Only certain documents need to be certified, check your region specific guide and they also tell you who can certify
