Hi,

Can anyone pls tell me what is notarized certification? Does it only mean notary public? If i certify my document from a Justice of Peace,is that okay to send to Visa Office?

Get a notary public to notarize it.
Try to get them to say "this is a true copy ..." the exact wording is on the CIC website.

Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon
