Under the education requirement, it asks for 'certification of completion AND degrees, certificates, diplomas"

What the heck is that? I thought transcripts and copies of your diploma were sufficient.

Is this a letter that i get from the registrar? My university (University of Western Ontario) does not have a standard "convocation certificate" or  "certification of completion."

The application form is so...poorly written. You either under-think or overthink!

Yeah man.. That's the certificate from registrar. You gonna get that when you complete all your semesters successfully.

Does your university send out invitation letters to the convocation ceremony? It will usually have the date of your graduation ceremony, your degree program, etc. This can serve as a certificate of completion.
