i'm planning to go back to my country jan 26 2009 but my (certificate of no marriage record is no where insight). i apply for it in mid october 2008 is been to long normaly i heard it takes 6-8 weeks but my is taking 13 weeks my question is does anyone knows how to get an update on this particular of form?? thanks in advance
