Hi, I'm a pre-feb 2008 applicant. just want to prepare my documents so i'll be prepared when they ask for a document update.

In my previous employer i worked as a programmer (2174) for more than 4 years and was promoted to an analyst (2171). I informed the HR to include all the positions held and their corresponding duration but was informed that they have their own standard format and will follow them.  Therefore they only mention my last designation which is analyst.

I needed 21 pts (4+ years) in my work experience. That's why I needed them to include my position as programmer. What should I do, please help.  Thanks.
