Certificate Missing

HI ALL,
I live in Dubai,UAE.I am from Pakistan. I want to apply under family class immigration. But I don't have death certificate of my previous wife. Actually I was previously married with Indian lady,and it was love marriage against her guradian and my parents.Three years before She died in India.I asked them to send mer her death certificate,but they did not reply my any request.
Now just please tell me that can i submitt my application with out her death certificate.Because It looks impossible to get certificate from india,as I am Pakistani.

I am pretty sure that you need it, otherwise CIC may not be convinced on your current civil status.

You will need to contact the official office for this document.

I am indian and i know how hard it is for you to get this unless they send you one..as it will be very tough for you to travel to India..
They will understand..put a cover letter, explain the situation and give her details so the embassy in India can cross check if she is dead..Good Luck
