certificate in french language...will it work ?

hello there,
I have compeleted 6 months certificate course in french language from National university of modren languages in 2008.but did n't take teste d'evaluation de francais..I didn't mention about this french course in my application..now someone tell me pls could it be considered as a plus point if i had mentioned this in my application?

Definitly no, they will only take into consideration one of the tests: TCFQ,TCF,DELF,DALF
TCF pour quebec is simple, u can make the test and obtain a certificate.
