i am also applied for NOC 3152 and my courier has reached in CIO on 3rd Aug-11, i didnt get response for my application till now, is it possible to check the status of my applicaton via E-cas. i dont know what is E-Cas and how to check it in online. can any one pls guide me on this.

E-Cas is what you receive updates on your file. Here's the link https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/?app=ecas&lang=en .

And btw you applied this month and hoping to get a response from them?...LOL. take it easy. You will receive  updates no sooner than 2-3 months. All the best.

Dear bigben,

First of all congrats for PER . CIO send you e-mail for your Positive eligibilty to your email id.

You will get your hard copy when your Visa Offce will receive file from CIO.

They never send hard copy at this stage. So the email from CIO is called mail by them.

Hope this will clear your confusion.

Agreed, by mail means actually the email you received from them saying "your application has received a positive final determination"

Hi! You won't really get a reply from them, wait for 2-4 mos and they will inform you via email (if provided in your application). In that email you will see your application NO. And thats the time you can check it via E-case.
