question regarding *censored word* offense and immigration to Canada, what are the time requirements to have to wait for that to overcome being inadmissible?
where would I find more information on what requirements would be as far if there is a offender registry etc,. like here in the US

1.  It depends on the crime, could be 5/10  years after the sentence before you could apply for rehabilitation.  The conviction has to equated to the Criminal Code of Canada.  start you reading here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/5312E.PDF
