Hi, my wife and I needs some a suggestion with regards to improving our status here in Canada as Permanent Residents.  We are currently residing in Nova Scotia. My wife is eligible of applying both CEC and PNP but for the PNP the employer seems to be hesitant on assisting us with the application process since they are claiming that they have no experience with PNP application. We are very much eager on starting the application of our PR, what are your advices? Thanks...

sondjoe: I think both PNP and CEC are equally fast, CEC might be slightly faster (since you do not need to do the provincial part). If you are eligible under CEC, I would go for CEC, especially if the employer is hesitant.
