Hi Guys
Can anybody help me with this issue!!!
I am eligible to apply under either CEC or FSW (PhD student Cap) and I am wondering which one is faster? for CEC I have to take the IELTS exam, but for FSW, I already took the CELPIP and have the results.
Does anybody know this new PhD student cap under FSW is as fast as CEC?
what do you suggest guys?

no one knows how long the PhD stream will take, it is so new that CIC hasn't added it to their instruction guides yet
I would expect it to be relatively quick, tho...
