I have 1 year experience on post grad work permit as a welding machine operator (noc 7265, skill level b) but on the hrsdc website the employment requirement for this job is some secondary school. Is it necessary to find a job with employment requirement of a college??....p.s. I graduated with a 3 year advanced diploma of automotive manufacturing from a community college in ontario.

No, that is fine.  If you have more than met the requirements, that is ok.  It is just if you do not meet the requirements that you might have a problem.
