CC charge time & cap update time

My app was reached to CIO on 5th July,

1) but CC is not charged yet - When should I expect fee deduction from my CC?
2) If we check cap page, it does not show how many applications are received yet - When CIO updates cap info? Is this a cyclic process on after fix duration?

1. U shud wait for ur CC to b charged
Meanwhile inform CC ppl that there will be a charge from Canada to not block any unusual transaction

2. They were doing it diligently usually weekly basis for the 2010 cap,
but I am guessing they havent done it yet mayb bcoz of backlog of Applications due to postal strike earlier
THis is just a guess, not sure whats happening inside their office
I think name of the game is to wait n watch as other applicants in ur time frame also post whats updated info with them
