Do you really think someone in this (or any) public forum is going to point you to an employer willing to hire you illegally?
A trv is for visitors; so visit, try change your status or go somewhere where you can work legally.

I know that TRV is for visitor, i am not stupid that i dont know what TRV. means, anyway thanks for your advice |

If as you say, you know what a TRV is; you also know that working is not permitted. You may not be stupid, but working while on a TRV is very stupid. |

If you take a TRV visa you not allowed to work if try to doing it you may be come fined or prisoner |
