Hello All,

First post here.
I am in Cnaada and this is regarding my brother's application for PR under skilled worker category from India.

I just got their CAIPS note and the status shows;

Paper file sent to PA, File BFd to FRR on 21 August 2009

I understand PA menas storage, what does BFD to FRR means? Also isn't the BFD date should be Future date? I thought BFD means "Bring Forward"?

Also, Under Funds Available they are showing 00000000 in CAIPS, should we resend liquid funds information ASAP?
