Hi Bnimsin,
New Delhi is very fast you can not compare it with other visa offices. They are very efficient in that office.
Well,i was told my application will take 18 months on my 2nd AOR.

So i am going to order Caips.

february 23rd 2012 : In process with received by Visa Office in the inside details. address also disappeare
