my complete documents reached LONDON office on the 21st of sep. till today i have not received any acknowledgement or communication from London VO my ecas is still the same CIO eligibility completed blah blah blah . . .

Ideally After how many days london is issuing AOR ? & is it advisible to send a case specific query for an update ?

you should be wait for 2 weeks.

My applications was received on 15th Sep and status is same as yours, last week one applicant who sent application on 10th Sep got his status changed. So wait its too early to send a case inquiry have patience London is very slow.

Hi Saki,
         It is  the same problem i am facing. My E.cas has never been updated since i sent my the visa office sent my 2nd AOR till today. It still shws the old information from CIO.  My file has been in process from June 29 till today. No update and no communication. I am so confused at this moment.

Dont worry sometimes background and security checks take time you are not the only one i have seen many applicants who are waiting for medical request and there status are "in-process" for months. Dont loose hope and dont be confused.

Well, i also lived in 3 different countries and traveled to two other countries that might also be another factor.

Yes it is a very important factor because you have a long travelling history and because of this security checks take time.

Let them check, i went to these places for specific reasons, work and study, they could find all that on my application and the other places i visited during a conference. So it is only because they are keeping me waiting for so long. If i had communication from them , it will be good.

I have never received communication from them since June 2010. I think i will order Caips Notes to know exactly what is the problem.

Yeah CAIPS will be a good idea maybe a new BF Date is given on it.

ya, you should order CAIPS Notes.because four months have been completed already.
I had the same problem. my status got changed to "In Process" on 12th April2010 and I got Medical on 3rd September 2010. have you got any verification call? I had on 18th may.
CAIPS  usually takes 40-50 days after ordering.
