It's been 4 months that I sent my las requested document and yesterday I sent a case specific enquiry asking them the current status of my application.
I received this reply
"You application is awaiting review by an officer. As soon as it is done, we'll contact you"
What does it mean.
Please be advised that My medical was done 5 months ago

The visa office has a specific set date when they will re-open your file and review it. Check this link:
