Im Vivian 29,ive worked in Canada as a caregiver for 3 years and supposed to be within that be able to become a landed immigrant since that how the program is.But their a sudden to me that I need to go back here in Philippines immediately and was not able to renew or apply any of my visa to go back in Canada..So now do I still have a chance to re apply as landed immigrant but the big problem is
I cant contact my employer anymore because they move to other country  2 years ago..

Do you have proof of your employment with them [contracts/payslips/ROE (if applicable), T4s]? I am not very sure about this but if you have completed the required employment of 24 months as a live in caregiver then you should be able to apply for the PR. Read through the requirements of the application (attachments).

Yes I have here all the documents for my employments before but my only concern is I think I would apply it when Im still in Canada not here in Philippines.. And one more thing my employer didnt pay my taxes even though he deducted on my salary..Do think its still possible for me to apply my PR?
