Caregiver apply for Fedral Skilled Worker or PR

Hi Everyone

I am a Live-in Caregiver living in toronto, i just wanted to know that whether i can apply for FSW3 or Permenant residence after completing 12 months of my full time work on my live-in caregiver work permit.

There is no FSW 3 any more and hasn't been for a while.  If you can get a skilled job offer (AEO), you could apply under FSW 2.  Another option to be able to apply faster is if you find another job, a skilled job, get an LMO and work permit and the employer sponsor you under PNP.  Otherwise you can wait until you have done your time as a caregiver and apply through the LCP.
