It seems that Canadian insurers think that immigrants from countries other than UK and USa are made of money...I was quoted 400 bucks a month to insure a car..how to keep it cheap?

go to www.insurancehotline.com to get the best rate, get the driver training from training school they will provide you the certificate it will make your insurance lower, live in suburb or far from the city.
