Car import - please help

I am trying to import a Car from USA by using www.riv.ca.

While landing I used my car, and then came back to USA with-in 2-3 days after landing completion.

I was issued Vehicle import form and I am trying to import my car to Canada. Application form on www.riv.ca requires Processing Agent ID:, and on vehicle import form officer has mentioned it as CBSA; on online submission, application process is not accepting that value.


Any suggestion how to fix this issue?

One more question.... sorry its stupid question.... but I am not aware....
I am able to make the payment online.....what does it mean?...

1) is my car eligible for import to Canada or
2) my car is imported to Canada, now I need to take care of Registration & Inspection process....
3) or something different...

For more info please contact the number given and give her your case number ,she will let you know everything.Make sure to allow 3 days (72 hours ) for US customs to process your request.
