I have received a letter from sydney Vo to pay my RPRF online...and then when i paid online via credit card, a blank receipt was emailed to me by CIC. The receipt got a receipt number but without my name on it. It has been deducted already from my card. Now the problem is, i was informed by Sydney VO that they don't accept payment via online, but by money order or check only. So i ambeing asked to pay again my RPRF and this immigration officer sent me a form ( undertaking and indemnity form) to fill up and send it to missasagua CIC. His instruction is not very clear...as i will be sending another RPRF to Sydney VO, anyone knows how to apply for a refund of RPRF if i have paid it twice?

-RPRF is not supposed to be paid thru Cr. Card, but by a Draft, MO or a Certified Cheque (depending on ur VO).
-Pay it asap (once again, as per u) thru a draft, if u desire ur file to move forward.
-U may write to ur VO about the previous misadventure, providing details of whatever u have, and seek it refund or it's procedure thereof.
