Dear Frinds
My VO is London & my status is RBVO since last 7 months & 15days , I want to get  Capis Or GCMS which one would better & whats is the difference B/W these two your guidance will be very help full for me

Hi,

CAIPS (Computer Assisted Immigration Processing System) or GCMS (Global Case Management System) are different systems that CIC uses to manage the applications. GCMS is the replacement of CAIPS. You simply apply for CAIPS/GCMS and they will send the appropriate one (depending on which system your application is). Given the time in which you apply it will most likely be GCMS

Hi!

GCMS is the newer version of CAIPS and is much better and very easy to understand compared to CAIPS. For newer people like MI-2 or MI-3 applicants they get GCMS any way even if you order CAIPS if their visa office is offering that facility. I think it was implemented in April 2011. Go for GCMS. Thanks

 what about Caipe note? They send all detail about file at home mailing address. Plz explain.

It has to be ordered by some one who is living in Canada and it can be sent to either his postal address in Canada or to his email address. Thanks
