CAP

Could any one let me know what is the safe CAP maximum limit to send the application to CIC.
I mean do any one have an idea that it is not advisable to send your application if the CAP posted
on CIC websites reaches x/1000 per NOC and y/20000 over all.

Hi,

No one can exactly tell you because  CIC update that list once they have checked the application and its eligible for processing. So for example if its says 950/1000 is filled for NOC, you can still apply because you dont know how many other applicants have applied under that list and how many of them will be eligible, so just apply if NOC is full they will return your application.

Not when they receive the application but once they have reviewed the application and its eligible then they add it to the list, because sometime applicants dont send the full docs or have some problem with the payment so if they update the list straightaway and later find out that applicants document is not complete then they wil have to change the numbers in the list again which is not professinal so once application is reviewed and is eligible for processing they add it to the list.
