Dear members,

I have applied in December 2011, my application package has reached CIO on the 20th of December. Today I found out that the cap under which I have applied (CAP 3112) is reached. I haven't received any PER yet (since it needs almost 3 months for CIO to review my file).

My question is whether it has no chance that my application has fallen within the CAP, or the 500 applications which are into the CAP are the ones sent before december??

Please help, am very worried.

Thnx,

I believe only CIO can determine that....just wait for them to contact you.

Unfortunatelly, I think that you are out. It similar happen to me, even a full month passed when my cap reached max. I waited three months with no response and asked CIO what happen to my application. I got the answer that at the time when they opened my documentation the cap reached max and that they returned documentation by regular mail. And now I have to wait for July for re-applying.
I hope that I am not right and that you entered into ˝famous 500˝....

In which category did you apply? I know there was such issue with 3131, but do we know of any other such case?
