CIC have not updated cap, since 22Dec. Previously, it was updated every six or ten days. Any reason behind it? Is it a permanent decision? If it is, surely it will affect us badly........

Cool guy, i hope you are right, otherwise, such events in developed countries do'nt affect the normal routine work, unlike our countries, on occasion of Eid, Diwali, where office work is off, well in advance........
