Cant take my visasNew Medicals and police checks have been asked for by embassy

Any advice from anyone??? Them embassy asked me to take my passports for Visa issurance by the 20th Jan as my medical expires on the 12 Feb.
They have now asked my to do the medicals again and the police checks if I can not land in CA by the 10Feb. This is what am going to do. ( work obligations and other commitments need me to give at least 2 months notice)

My question is:

I will be very ready to land in CA at the begining of March. Does anyone know if it takes much quicker for the embassy to issue the visas if you've re-done the medicals? My notice period ends in Feb so I will not have a job by then and would want to leave UK as soon as possible.

Please advice me.
