Can't download the IMM 1344 form off the CIC website?!

Hi everyone!

I can't, for the life of me, seem to download the IMM 1344 sponsorship form in english off the cic.gc.ca website.  The french form works just fine and every other form works perfectly, but when I click on the IMM 1344E link it takes me to a page that is made by Adobe and tells me that if the contents of this form do not appear, my software is not up-to-date.  

Thing is, my software IS up to date.  I've tried opening this form on my iMac, iPad and iPhone.  I've asked three friends to try to open it on their different computers and we get the same error message.  So annoying!  The french version, which is exactly the same form but in a different language, works fine.  

I'm not sure what to do.  I've emailed the website, but I was told it will take 5 days for a response.  And I can't call the phone number since I am living in the United States.  

Can anyone help?  Is it working for you at all?  Is anyone else receiving this same error message?  Could this be because I'm trying to access this form from the States?

you need to "save" the file on your computer....

I tried the "save" method and all it did was save the Adobe error page.

I can save it on my computer....but if you filled out the pdf online - you have option to choose from the drop-down menu and generate Bar-codes.

the save version - it does not have dropdown option, you can type & save the file, and later change.

Update your Adobe Reader to 9.0 or more
