cannot open ECAS :pls help

hi evry1
am not able to view my ecas status since two weeks...
they say they cannot identify me using this information..any thing negative
already sent the passports in november 2010

Don't worry....Some of the applicants in the forum also being reported of having a bug/error in their Electronic Client Application Status (ECAS)... Your not letting to E CAS access might be of from similar reason... So far I know the system trying to fix the problem and someone already being notified or corrected (error message being removed) with their E cas....So it would be reasonable for you to wait for few weeks and by this time even you might get you passport back in hand with the visa stamped!! Good luck

I second Fariza as I have never been able to access my ecas status on CIC website. I recall that I have already received the visa, so don't worry.
