Cannot find the forms

Would you please help to find the following forms:

IMM8 Application form, a Schedule 1 Background Declaration form, and a Family Information form

You will have difficulty because the IMM8 is the IMM 008

Safi, one of your earlier posts says you had already been given Permanent Residence.
And now you cant find the basic forms ?
