Hello Guys ,In this thread any one who's cases has been/has not been transferred by CIC can argue. Experienced candidates can share there thoughts . Following is my time lime CIC started my case on 05/06/2009 Medicals Delivered 05/22/2009 Address/P-History correction along with State PCC/Landing Fee delivered on 06/22/09 Request for State PCC/Landing was received on 06/25/2009 File hasn't been transferred yet need advice please?  ? |

I fall on this category. I just got the RPRF letter dated July 21. I have not yet received any letter that my case was transferred.

hello - here's my timeline:
AINP nomination received - January 20, 2009
sent to CIC - April 11, 2009
received by CIC - April 15, 2009
check encashed - May 7, 2009
CIC started processing my application - June 15, 2009
AOR and medical requests received - June 20, 2009
Received Initial Assessment with RPRF payment (no PPR yet) - mail dated July 21, 2009
sent RPRF payment and received by Buffalo - July 29, 2009

Harry - any updates on your case?
To all others out there who's files were never transferred to other consulates... please share your timelines too.
Please note that I am under the AINP H1B program. I have heard from others that Buffalo doesn't process AINP H1B. Is this true? Could my file been misplaced or something?

I believe I fall on this category too. Here's my timeline:
April 9- application sent to CIC
April 21- application returned by CIC for incomplete data
April 22- resubmitted application received by CIC
June 30- AOR/Medicals received
July 30- Medicals Done
August 17- Initial Assessment received and request for RPRF payment
August 18- CIC received RPRF
waiting....

I am in the same boat guys. Here is my timeline
AINP nomination received - mid february, 2009
sent to CIC - March 3, 2009
received by CIC - March 4, 2009
CIC started processing my application - May 14, 2009 (ecase status In process)
AOR and medical requests received - Mid May, 2009
Medical done May 30, 2009
Medical received by Ottawa on 6/6/2009
I have not received Initial Assessment or any information from Buffalo.
Still waiting.
Buffalo is one of the slowest processing consulate. Too Bad my file ended up over there.

My file has't been transfered yet still wating ,I send them email in repply they said they are doing some background check from other Govt's |

somebody told me that not all files are transferred to local consul from Buffalo - and that application what stay in Buffalo process take longer than in local consul.
I am probably one of them because I did not received any mail from them and my process start on July 17 2009.
