helo pls help me my fiances live quebec his paper divorced from the court, and live of birth is in french.. the municipality need translate to english all paper requirements for my bf.. my bf asking where in canada he going to trslate the paper in court, notary legal translation or immigration

Alliance Francaise can do translation. I just dont know how much and how long will they do it. |

Hello,
Kabayan, share ko lang sayo ang experience ko, from Quebec din ang asawa ko.
Nagpakasal kami sa pinas recently lang. Eto lng ang dapat nya gawin, pagdating nya sa pinas pumunta agad sya ng Canadian Embassy sa Manila para kumuha ng legal capacity to marry. attached nyo lng kung ano mga documents meron sya like yung sa divorce. Napakadali lng ng proceso nothing to worry that much.

kabayan, salamat po kailangan pa ba translate sa english yung divorced paper at live of birth nya pag pinasa namin sa regestrar city hall para sa file for maried? thnk you po... kung translate man english yun saan sya mag pa translate offical notary ba?

Kabayan,
for us kase wala na kammi ginawang translation sa mga documents nya. Canadian Embassy will ask only identification like passport or birth certificate, you may attached also the divorced paper even it is in french.
pwde ka tumawag sa Canadian Embassy for more inqueries +6328579000.

ang tanung ko po sa province namin kami pakasal sa judge pero file kami ng married paper sa cityhall rigestrar office po need daw nila english paper divorced or live of birth.. yun po ba ginawa nyo? saan yung asawa mo nag pa translate paper.. taga saan ka kabayan.. kailan alis mo... saan quebec asawa mo?

submit ka naba nang Form sa spouse visa..... yung asawa mo ba process paper?tulungan mo nman me kabayn fil up nang mga form.. schedule 1 background form/declaration
question number 9..
*previously sought refugee status in canada or applied for canadain immigrant or permanent resident visa or visitor or TRV yes or no? anu answer dito kc nag file me visit visa canada refuse po kc ie,

May forum for those na papuntang Quebec.. May nagsabi na mandatory daw yung French if you want to survive in Quebec.. ALthough may English naman daw don pero konti lang.. so kung gusto mo makahanap ng work agad don, mag-aral ka ng French.. As for the interview, may option ka to choose French or English |

ahh okay.. what you mean mandatory yung quebec? so you mean interview immigration going quebec is okay english not necessary french?

Ibig sabihin ng Mandatory, KAILANGAN.. kasi halos lahat daw don ay French speaking except for one area/community na English.. pwede mo search QUEBEC applicants sa search link ng forum.. lalabas lahat ng topics under QUEBEC. |
