Hi, I need some advise.
i sponsored my wife less than a year and her application got approved . she came to canada 1 month ago and after she received her PR she want's to leave me and move back home.we have been married a year, never lived together before she came to canada a month ago. my question is can i annulment my marrige and also can i cancel my sponsorship for her. any advise will be much appreciated

Nope, you sponsored her she "landed", you are responsible for the next 3 years.

If you would have read the paperwork you signed when you sponsored her, you would know that sponsorship should be taken seriously because you can't cancel it.  You are lucky she wants to go back home.  If she decided she wanted to stay and apply for welfare, you would have to pay for it for the next 3 years.  You can not cancel your sponsorship or cancel her PR.

As for annullment of the marriage, you would have to deal with the courts whether you get that or just get divorced.

More over you are not allowed to sponser anyone else even if you get divorce for the next 3 years .
