Hello to everyone
im a desperate wife needs your advice. i applied permanent resident under live in caregiver program. I also sponsor my husband and he submitted all documents and finish his medical exam. im now waiting for the result of my application. the problem now is that my husband left me for another woman and i decided to cancel his sponsorship application but people say to me that if i cancel his application, immigration will also cancel my permanent resident application. im bothered now. i dont know what to do. we dont have kids and i dont think i still need to continue sponsoring him. please i need somebody to advice me what to do.

aishababer there always option of withdrawal of application but you can withdraw if final decision isn't made on his application, but before you take any step which can effect both of you future i will advise you to get to know real facts sometimes misunderstanding occurs between husband and wife, i dont want you to do big mistake, if he is convicted in this sin for sure , then go ahead to withdraw but you can only when decision isn't made on his applicatoin,
so i request you find the facts think twice before withdrawl...

i dont have my permanent resident approval im still waiting. I have open work permit only. yes my husband told me he want leave me because i cannot give him children. i have had my laparoscopy operation in saskatoon year 2005 and i dont have the guarantee to have kids. I have extensive endometriosis and multiple fibroids. My husband wants kids but i cannot give him. this hurts me so much but i cannot force him. i tried so hard to save our marriage but im hopeless.

i am sorry Dear, God took away kids and husband from you , i can feel the pain you feel now my sympathy is with you,he should leave you love is greater than anything anyways, may be people told you wrong that you will loose you PR i didn't hear anything like this before.
you can withdraw your application, and i will pray for you Allah give you a new morning with nice sun light which change your life in happiness again.

which immigration should i inform about my plan to cancel my husbands sponsorship. is it in canada immigration or in the philippines. our application was not approve yet.

you should inform the cic about your decision of withdrawal first then the philipines office too , good luck
