I would like to ask from senior members that can we apply for a visit visa to Canada while our Canadian immigration is in process and what are the chances of getting visit visa ?

Yes yopu may. Canada allows dual intent however it is a bit "harder" to prove that you will return to your home country after your visit which is one of the requierements.

Yes you can  apply for Visit visa , I am also in the same situation ,  I visited toronto in Last July for 15 days ,  all that you required is enough cash in the bank and the NOC  letter from your employer if you are an employee  Wink
