One of my relative is in Canada on Student Visa and is married. Now he wants to call her spouse. Can he call her spouse? And if yes then what would be the procedure and what would be the type of Visa he should apply for her spouse?

Hello,

If u r from india why dont you go to the vfs office?they will definitely be able to help u out and the advice is offered free of cost.
