Hello,

I hope if I list things in point form it might be a bit easier to read.

- I would like to start an LLC in the USA, so I can deal with certain drop shippers/wholesalers which require resale licenses and only deal with USA businesses.
- LLC would be an internet business selling to USA (maybe exclusively)
- I am Canadian but married to a Japanese National and now living in Japan ( as of Next year I may qualify in Canada as non-resident since I really don't have any ties to Canada)

As I have read, the LLC will be treated as a corporation in Canada and be taxed at something like 25%, plus USA/State taxes. And of course Japans tax.
The main thing I am concerned about right now is how the tax with Canada/USA will pan out. I wonder if there is some kind of work around to be accepted in to the tax treaty. Or perhaps there is a point where no tax is asked unless a certain income level is met.

I do understand it will be wise to contact a tax accountant and lawyer. I plan to do that even after I think I have figured it all out.

Thanks for taking the time to read, any help would be greatly appreciated!
