Canadian Son as dependant on FSW PR application

Do I have to include my Canadian son as a dependant on the PR application. In the form IMM 0008 - Generic application form for Canada. The guide says to include all family members. But the form says only those who are not Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents.

No.  Only on the IMM 5406 .
