You can find samples of resumes for the Canadian marketplace on     careego.com     This site is managed by a Canadian Human Resources company called Knightsbridge, which is one of the largest HR firms in Canada.  Careego will provide you with unlimited resources to the Canadian market.

There is a basic/free membership which allows you to access samples etc, and their premium membership gives you access to more information including the ability to communicate/email with an actual Canadian Career Coach.

You can always find good resume format as well as resume templates online. But if you want you can also hire a professional resume writer.

Just remember if you get help to write your resume, whether a friend or a paid professional, its very important the resume sounds and feels like you.  Others can offer their opinion but at the end of the day if I interview someone I want to feel you've written your resume.  Professionals can be fantastic to provide you the best formatting and structuring of a resume and how to best sell your skills, but the use of words, and language etc should feel like you.
