I was just wondering....I saw a lot of ads online for H1B folks to apply for Canadian PR...so a quick question, can somebody explain what are rules and procedures regarding a Canadian PR working in the US? (considering a person is a canadian PR and then starts looking for a job in the US)...do canadian PRs also need a H1? or how does it work with all the NAFTA agreements and everything in place between Canada and US?...all help in this regard would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Cheers,
Rishab

As a non-US citizen you will need a non-immigrant work visa or GC to work in the US. So, if you are Canadian PR you still need visa to work in the US (and visit if you are from a country that requires entry visa to the US).  TN (Nafta) visas are for Canadian & Mexican citizens only but only for a few specific jobs.
